Do I need to move my website to your servers? For our hosting plans, yes. We provide a seamless migration service to move your site to our speed-optimized servers. If you only purchase a "Speed Booster" or "Security Audit" as a one-time service, we can often work on your existing hosting provider.

How often is my website backed up? We perform full website backups every 24 hours. These backups are stored in a secure cloud location, allowing us to restore your site quickly in the event of an error or emergency.
